Sivan has enjoyed a fabulous streak of daring looks while in Cannes. He opted for another sliced and diced look last night via a Alexander McQueen outfit that featured an open knit top. And, before The Idol’s premiere, he wore a suit by Valentino that also featured subtle cut out details. It’s exciting to see the star really go for it! It’s no secret that Cardi B is a devoted heel lover. When she rapped about “bloody shoes” on her song Bodak Yellow, she was referring to her love of Christian Louboutin’s signature red bottoms. Even during the height of the pandemic, when most people found comfort in sweats, she would post photos of herself at home wearing sky high Dolce & Gabbana wedges instead. She simply loves skyscraper shoes! But her latest look has the star taking death defying platforms to a whole other level.

Yesterday, the rapper made an appearance at an event in Santa Monica for Whipshots—her line of vodka infused whipped cream (yes, really). For the red carpet, the star wore a printed Pucci hooded catsuit from the label’s spring 2023 collection. While it’s a striking garment on its own, Cardi took it to the extreme when she paired it with a pair of sculptural platform sandals. The multicolor style, dubbed the Jenna II platform from Harry Kristoff x ShoesUSA, features a staggering plywood cutout platform, and no real heel in the back. Alicia Keys’s trip to Mexico City last week was a whirlwind. Last Wednesday, the singer kicked off her eventful visit to Mexico’s capital with her final performance on her Latin American tour at the Auditorio Nacional. “I’ve been all over Latin America,” says Keys. “I just finished performing in Mexico City and Guadalajara.” To keep the excitement going, Keys attended Maria Grazia Chiuri’s resort 2024 collection for Dior. “To be here for Dior and Maria Grazia is really awesome,” says Keys. “It was the most beautiful way to end the most incredible tour.”
